DeDe Fiesta workout 7

First-time Fiesta Workout

The very first lesson you follow the rest of the group to master the routines. Our dance instructors keep a close eye on whether you are performing the movements correctly, so you are training the right muscle groups. Thus, they ensure that you only and only have muscle pain the day after and no injuries from the classes.

Experience your growth

As the lessons progress, you dance more and more smoothly and easily. In fact, the basic movements recur every class. Once you figure them out, the rest will follow naturally. After a few lessons, you will understand all the terms our dance teachers use. They also talk about a headset with attached speaker, so everyone in the back of the room hears the choreography as well.

Work hard, play hard

The Fiesta Workout challenges you. Get your muscles burning, pick up the pace and dance until you drop. Our dance teachers push you to go beyond your limits. But if you prefer to keep dancing at your own pace, they will motivate you in a calmer way. You ultimately determine how you walk - or stumble - out of class. Though of course we aspire to be bathed in sweat.

Don't worry especially if the drops of sweat are dripping off your head: our dance hall is equipped with wonderfully cooling air conditioners.

DéDé Fiesta workout, no muscle is left untapped there!

Feel fit

Condition and posture

Improve your fitness by dancing to uplifting Latin American music every week. Because all those steps, arm movements and rotating hips are asking something of your body. If you give one hundred percent every time, you will eventually dance through the lessons effortlessly. By the way, don't worry that the Fiesta Workout will bore you. The pace of the dance instructor is nasty and the choreography is constantly changing, so you are always challenged.

Build muscle strength

From the arms, legs, buttocks to the belly: everything in your body will be vigorously drilled during Latin American dance classes. No muscle is left untapped. For example, we train your arms and shoulders with an elastic resistance band. Squat continuously for your more powerful glutes. And through the continuous salsa movements, you will strengthen your waistline.

Hours of fun

Our Latin dance classes are real work-outs that challenge you. In addition, we do everything we can to put a smile on your face. After all, the Fiesta Workout is also about having fun and catching up with everyone else in between. Therefore, we do not focus our choreography on a performance or show like the rest of the DéDé Dance groups. Just give it your all in our class and enjoy yourself!

Go for it!

Structure of lessons
A good warm-up results in supple muscles and tendons. That's why you start each class with a warm-up on choreography with Latin American influences. With about two or three songs, we build quietly. Then we throw that heart rate up. The middle part of the class usually consists of five uptempo songs that challenge you. The class ends with a cooldown in which you stretch and stretch all the muscles. This way we minimize muscle soreness the following day.

Energetic music
The Fiesta Workout consists of rhythmic Latin music, such as salsa and mambo. We also keep an eye on the charts for the latest dance numbers. Every 2-3 weeks we change our playlist. So you will hear new songs coming by all the time during the dance classes. The choreography, of course, changes with it just as often.

Individual attention
If you suffer from specific aches and pains and cannot or should not do certain movements, the dance instructor will give you alternative exercises. That way everyone can just participate.
Our dance instructors constantly walk through the room to make sure your movements, posture and pacing are going well. Don't think of this as potty training, but as a preventive check that will keep you from getting injured. Are you struggling for a while or not keeping pace? The dance instructor takes all the time he needs to get you back on track.

Our teachers and dance styles

Dance ballet is not the only class taught by the eighty teachers at DéDé Dance. Other dance forms are also covered. For example, there is a classical ballet class, also called Classic, for ballet enthusiasts. We also teach Urban dance. At our main location in Veldhoven, we also give Fiesta Workout for Latin lovers.
