General terms and conditions Summer DéDé Dance!

1. Registration

- Registration for DéDé Dance summer activities is done by emailing to the appropriate email address (logeerles@dededance.nl and/or holiday@dededance.nl) and is only final after confirmation of registration.

2. Membership, term and payment terms
- The cost of participating in DéDé Dance's summer activities depends on the activity being participated in, namely € 38.50 for DéDé lodge classes and € 179.95 for DéDé HoliDé.
- All amounts are due and payable in advance. Payment of participation fees will be made by direct debit.
- Cancellation for the DéDé Dance summer activities can be done until 14 days before the start of the activity. After this 50% of the amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the event, the full fee will be charged.
- In case of non-timely receipt of the amount due, for example due to reversal or insufficient balance, the collection will be offered again on the next collection date. A €7.50 administration fee will be charged for this. The student has 2 weeks to pay the amount due. If the student remains in default after these 2 weeks, the direct debit will be stopped and an invoice will be created for the outstanding amount. Costs for this are €4.50 per invoice.
- In case of absence due to illness or other reasons, refunds are not possible.

3. Classes
- DéDé Dance reserves the right to change activity times and locations.

4. Privacy
- By signing the registration form, you consent to the use of photo and film material of yourself or your child for communication, promotion and internal coaching purposes of DéDé Dance.

5. Termination
- Unsubscribing for one of the DéDé Dance summer activities is only possible in writing by email.
- Unsubscribing for the DéDé Dance summer activities is possible until 14 days before the start of the activity. After this 50% of the amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the event, the full fee will be charged.

6. Risk and Liability
- Following a program or course components and/or activities of DéDé Dance is entirely at one's own risk.
DéDé Dance accepts no liability for material or immaterial damage resulting from an accident or injury to a student.
- DéDé Dance accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of student property.

7. House Rules
- The student is deemed to be aware of the general terms and conditions of DéDé Dance and to act accordingly.
