Your privacy is very important to us. We therefore handle your data with care and treat it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain everything we do with information we learn about you. For what purpose do we use your personal data?

When you fill out our contact form on the website, we need your name, phone number and e-mail address to respond to you. We need your date of birth in order to determine in which group you should attend a trial class. 

When you register with us, we also ask for your address on the registration form for possible correspondence and your bank details for the collection of the tuition. (Medical) particulars only have to be given to us if they affect the lessons of DéDé.

By giving us this information you give us permission to use it for the above mentioned purposes.

 

With whom do we share your personal data?

We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

 

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. We will retain your data for up to 6 months after you cancel your membership with DéDé. The above period applies unless there are further legal obligations for us to keep the data longer and/or keep it available.

 

Cookies

By selecting Accept cookies tyou give us permission to use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies. We use these technologies to collect information about your device and browser so that we can track your activities for marketing and functional purposes, such as serving you personalized ads and improving the website. ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign cookies to measure how effective our ActiveCampaign newsletters are. We load ActiveCampaign only if you have given permission for our cookies.

Google Ads / Remarketing

We also use Google Ads / Remarketing to show you relevant ads on Google. We load Google Ads / Remarketing only if you have consented to our cookies.

Google Optimize

We use Google Optimize to offer A/B testing (randomized experiment) with 2 or more variants of the same web page (A and B) to our visitors. Variant A is the original and variant B through variant n each contain at least one element that has been changed from the original. In doing so, we try to create the best possible website. We have Google anonymize the IP addresses. Your IP address is expressly not used. We therefore cannot trace you personally.

Google Analytics

We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track.
